Your order will be carefully packed with love and shipped from North Eastern Pennsylvania in the United States. If you would like to further examine our pieces, you can request for additional information and images prior to purchase by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Because all of our items are Final Sale, any questions or requests for additional photos are encouraged. We want to ensure that you enjoy our pieces and are confident in your purchases!
Why is my discount code not working?
Our discount codes are only valid for a certain period of time, so make sure you are using an active code that has not expired. If the discount code you are using has not expired but it is not working, please contact us at email@example.com or fill out a contact form and we will be happy to help.
How are items prepared for shipment?
We take into consideration all sensitivities of skin and our pieces are carefully washed in sensitive skin, fragrance-free laundry detergent. Pieces that range from newborn to toddler are specialty washed in Dreft. We also wrap items in tissue paper for an elegant and exciting opening experience.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we accept payment exclusively through PayPal. We use a payment gateway, so you can securely enter your information on the official PayPal site for an easy and safe checkout experience.
